Regular Jewelry Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons - although we are more than happy to exchange or provide a credit note.

The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All discounted items are final.

Once your order is placed, we immediately begin the production process for your personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please note that a non-refundable fee of 30% of the total item cost will apply. Every detail of your order is carefully recorded and crafted to match your exact specifications. Once the details are confirmed and payment is completed, each piece of jewelry is designed specifically for you.

Because all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely created to meet individual specifications, they cannot be resold if returned. It is crucial that you review all the details of your order carefully before it is scheduled for shipping. Ensure that the spellings for names to be engraved are correct, as well as the color, dimensions, and any other specific details.

However, if your item sustains damage during delivery or if there is an error in the shipment, you may return or exchange it for another piece. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work swiftly to resolve the problem. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

You may return new jewelry sold by belmto.com within 120 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please note that a 30% non-refundable fee will apply to all items.
