We want our brides to receive their accessories as quickly as possible. We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-3 business day.
When will I receive my order? (Domestic)

- Please do not count weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
What are your international shipping options?
We offer international shipping through DHL. You can calculate your estimated arrival time based off of the options listed below. Dates are approximate and additional delays in customs may occur. These delays are out of our control and may push delivery outside the provided time frame. All items in an order must be shipped at the same time (regardless of stock status).
Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country. If you are unsure of what tariff or tax may be in your country, please contact your local postal service.
For international customers, we want to ensure your package gets to you as quick and safely as possible because of the long distance your package will travel to get to you. If our US mail system cannot verify your complete address, orders will not be shipped and refunded in full.

- We provide an email with information to schedule shipments for a specific time, waive signatures (which are otherwise required), pay duties and taxes ahead of time and more.
- Delivery time frames are within 3-7 days if duties and taxes are paid ahead of time and the recipient is home at the time of delivery. However, this can take longer in certain remote areas or if a package is held in customs.

My package is unable to be delivered to my address. Can you please reship?
We use the shipping addresses provided us to send out packages to our brides. If an incorrect address is provided, the package is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable because of insufficient address information, additional shipping fees of $5 are required to reship your order. Please contact us for further assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, new condition and with all tags attached. ($7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
Can I make an exchange?
Sorry, we do not offer exchanges.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive your accessory in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your name, order number, product SKU and a photo of the damage so we can help you with a replacement.
How do I make an exchange?
We understand that after trying on one accessory, another may catch your eye instead. If you would like to exchange an item, simply make another purchase for a new item and send back the item you are looking to return with the information listed above. Once we receive your returned item, your credit card will be refunded within 2-3 business days.
